Passover Mocha Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 oz. bittersweet chocolate
    1/2 c. vegetable shortening
    1/2 c. cake meal
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
Preparation
    Melt chocolate and shortening.
    Let cool.
    Beat 2 eggs with sugar until light.
    Blend in salt and chocolate mixture.
    Stir in coffee and cake meal.
    Bake in a greased square 8 x 8-inch pan for 25 minutes at 325\u00b0.
