Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 can Cheddar cheese soup
1 lb. ground meat
1 bell pepper
1 onion
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 can Hormel hot chili (no beans)
1 small can Carnation milk
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 large pkg. tortillas
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Brown and drain meat.
Add onion, salt, bell pepper, tomatoes and chili.
Simmer until mixed and hot.
Add in another pot the milk and soups.
Simmer until blended.
Mix with meat mixture. Grease a 16 x 11-inch pan or dish.
Layer tortillas and meat mixture.
Cover with cheese.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
