Broccoli Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 small can evaporated milk
1 c. pasteurized processed cheese spread
1/2 c. chopped onion
3 tsp. butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Cook broccoli, onion and celery in butter until tender.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into casserole dish which has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
