Burger Frittini - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, minced
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
2 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano leaves
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. basil
1 (16 oz.) creamed cottage cheese
2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped spinach, thawed
Preparation

Cook beef and onion until brown.
Add tomato sauce and next seven ingredients.
Heat to boiling.
Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes or until thickened, stirring often. Squeeze liquid from spinach.
