Potato Delight - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed for 30 minutes
1 c. diced onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted margarine
8 oz. Cracker Barrel sharp Cheddar cheese
1 c. crunched chips
Preparation

Mix all together.
Pepper and salt to taste.
Place in 9 1/2 x 13 1/2-inch glass baking dish.
Sprinkle with chips.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serves 12 to 15.
