Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 c. hot water
    1/2 tsp. lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix sugar and yolks of eggs.
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add to mixture; add hot water and lastly flour, baking powder and flavoring.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 50 minutes in tube pan.
