Saucy Chicken And Pasta Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. margarine, divided
    4 (about 1 1/4 lb.) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves, cut into 1-inch pieces
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, undrained
    1 c. frozen peas, thawed
    8 oz. wide noodles, cooked and drained
    4 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, melt 1/4 cup margarine.
    Add chicken and garlic powder.
    Cook, stirring occasionally for 4 minutes.
    Stir in remaining margarine, mushrooms and peas.
    Cook 2 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
    Stir in hot cooked noodles and cheese.
    Toss and cook until cheese is melted.
    Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve.
