Lasagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. Ricotta cheese
1/4 c. snipped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. basil
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 c. spaghetti sauce
8 lasagna noodles
1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Mix together in a medium bowl Ricotta cheese, parsley, Parmesan, basil and garlic powder.
In a 7 x 12-inch baking dish, spread evenly 1/3 of spaghetti sauce.
Top with 4 uncooked noodles.
Over noodles spread 1/2 of Ricotta cheese mixture. Repeat layers.
Top second layer of Ricotta with spaghetti sauce. Sprinkle Mozzarella over top. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let lasagna cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
