Myra'S Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 c. rolled oats
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well and shape into balls.
    Brown well on all sides.
    Pour sauce over meat balls.
    Cover and simmer at least 30 minutes, basting occasionally.
    Makes 6 servings.
