Broccoli Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
    1 stick oleo, melted
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. salt
    6 oz. carton cottage cheese
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, drained
    1 large onion, chopped and sauteed
Preparation
    Mix the first 4 ingredients.
    Add cottage cheese, broccoli and onion.
    Spoon into small size muffin pans and bake in 400\u00b0 oven until done, about 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes 1 dozen.
