Beet Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon gelatin
1 c. boiling water
3/4 c. beet juice
1 c. diced beets
3/4 c. diced celery
3 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. horseradish
2 tsp. grated onion
Preparation
-
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add remaining ingredients, except beets and celery.
Mix.
Chill until partially set.
Add celery and beets. Place in ring mold.
Chill until set. Serve.
