Jew'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Crisco shortening
    1 2/3 c. sugar
    5 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. coconut or butterscotch flavoring
    2 c. plain flour
Preparation
    Cream the shortening and sugar.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well with each addition.
    Stir in flavoring and flour. Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
    Bake 1 hour at around 325\u00b0.
    Do not open oven while baking!
