Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 c. uncooked rice
    1 large onion, sliced
    1 c. tomato sauce
    2 c. tomatoes (canned)
    1 large green pepper, sliced
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Brown pork chops in small amount of fat.
    Sprinkle uncooked rice in the bottom of a greased casserole.
    Place browned chops on top of the rice and add pork drippings.
    Place an onion slice and pepper slice on top of each chop.
    Pour tomatoes, sauce and water over all.
    Season with salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
