Lime Mold - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. lime gelatin
    2 c. hot water
    1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
    1 envelope whipped topping mix, prepared
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in hot water.
    Drain pineapple.
    Measure pineapple liquid and add enough cold water to make 2 cups; add to gelatin.
    Refrigerate gelatin until slightly thickened.
    Into the whipped topping gradually beat chunks of cream cheese and beat until smooth.
    Beat gelatin until frothy.
    Beat in cream cheese mixture.
    Fold in pineapple and nuts.
    Turn into oiled 2-quart mold and refrigerate until firm.
