Kyle'S Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger
    1 chopped onion
    green or hot pepper
    1/2 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 c. corn meal
    1 c. milk
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 can creamed corn
    1/2 c. Crisco oil
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Brown hamburger, onion and pepper.
    Mix corn meal, milk, salt, creamed corn, Crisco oil, eggs and soda.
    Pour corn meal mixture in iron skillet.
    Add hamburger mixture.
    Pour 1/2 corn meal mixture on top with Cheddar cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
