Zucchini Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sliced zucchini
4 beaten eggs
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c. fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all together and pour into a large Pyrex pie plate or 8 x 8-inch Pyrex casserole.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes (preheat oven).
