Crock-Pot Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            2 pkg. California Blend vegetables
 
1 stick margarine, chipped
1 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
1 c. rice, precooked
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
- 
                            Layer ingredients in crock-pot until all are used up.
 
Set crock-pot on high until veggies are heated.
Then reduce heat to low and simmer 3 1/2 to 4 hours.
