Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 small onion, minced
    3 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 c. milk
    2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation
    Saute onion in butter until tender.
    Add broth, broccoli and salt.
    Cook
    20
    to
    30 minutes on low heat.
    Add milk, stirring constantly.
    Add
    a
    little
    water\tto cornstarch and make a thick paste.
    Gradually add this to soup while stirring until soup thickens.
