Ingredients

3/4 c. milk
1/4 c. butter or margarine
2 beaten eggs
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
oil (for frying)
cinnamon-sugar mixture
Preparation

In saucepan, heat milk and butter to boiling; cool.
Stir in beaten eggs.
Stir together the flour, baking powder and salt. Add egg mixture and mix well.
Knead dough on lightly floured surface 2 to 3 minutes, until smooth.
Shape into 20 balls.
Let rest 5 minutes.
Roll each ball into a 4-inch circle.
Fry in hot oil about 4 minutes or until brown, turning once.
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with cinnamon-sugar mixture, while still warm.
