Carob Brownies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. honey
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. carob powder
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Combine butter, honey,\tmilk
and
carob in a saucepan; simmer for 5
minutes, stirring constantly.
Sift dry ingredients.
Beat eggs
and
vanilla; add to saucepan mixture.
Pour into dry ingredients and
mix.
Pour
into
an 8 x 8-inch pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Cool on a wire rack.
