Raw Apple Nut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3 c. finely chopped apples
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. orange juice
1 c. sugar

Preparation

Sift together flour, soda, cinnamon and salt.
Add dry ingredients to sugar and oil mixture.
Fold in apples and nuts. Bake in greased and floured tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
