Sour Cream Pound Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. butter
3 c. sugar
6 large eggs
3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
8 oz. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond flavoring
Preparation

Beat butter at medium speed with electric beater for 2 minutes until light and creamy.
Gradually add sugar, beating at medium speed 5 to 7 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating until yellow disappears.
Combine flour and baking soda and add to creamed mixture, alternating with sour cream, beginning and ending with flour.
Mix at lowest speed.
Stir in flavorings.
Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
Cool in pan for 10-15 minutes.
