Marvelous Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 yellow cake mix
    1 large can crushed pineapple in syrup
    1 pkg. instant French vanilla pudding mix
    1 c. milk
    1 large container Cool Whip
    1/2 to 3/4 c. chopped nuts
    coconut (enough to spread over cake)
Preparation
    Mix cake according to directions on box and bake until done. As soon as your cake is removed from oven, punch holes in cake; go over entire top of cake.
    While cake is still hot, spoon pineapple and juice over cake.
    Spread evenly and let set until cake is cooled.
    Then, mix pudding with 1 cup milk by hand.
    Fold in container of Cool Whip.
    Frost cooled cake with mixture.
    Over top of frosting, put a layer of nuts and a layer of coconut.
