Pastry Frosting - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. white sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk (not condensed)
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. peanut butter chips
Preparation

Combine sugars and milk.
Cook until sugar has dissolved and boils.
Stir constantly.
Immediately add chocolate chips or peanut butter chips.
