Crock-Pot Grouse - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 boned grouse breasts
2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Italian salad dressing mix
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed mushroom soup
2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cubed
1 Tbsp. chopped onions
Preparation

Wash grouse and pat dry. Brush with butter. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place in crock-pot and sprinkle with dry salad mix. Cover and cook on low 5 to 6 hours.
