Country Coleslaw - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 medium head cabbage
2 eggs
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cream
Preparation
-
Shred cabbage fine.
Wash; drain.
Set aside.
Combine all other ingredients except cream and cook until thick in double boiler.
When cold, add cream and pour over cabbage.
