Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    frying chicken pieces, about 3 lb.
    2 eggs
    4 Tbsp. milk
    2 1/2 c. cornflakes, crushed but not powdered
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    5 tsp. butter
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Wash chicken and pat dry.
    Mix eggs and milk, beat to uniformity.
    In a separate dish, mix cornflakes, salt and pepper. Dip chicken in flour, then into egg mixture.
    Coat evenly.
    Then dip in cornflakes to coat with this mixture.
    Place in well-greased baking pan.
    Drizzle with melted butter.
    Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 to desired doneness.
