Scalloped Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 small head shredded and cooked cabbage
4 Tbsp. plain flour
4 Tbsp. butter
saltine crackers, crushed
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Cook and drain cabbage.
Make a sauce by melting butter.
Add flour, salt and pepper.
Cook until blended; add milk.
Cook until it's a thin white sauce.
Line bottom of buttered casserole dish with crushed crackers.
Alternate cabbage and white sauce.
Top with crushed crackers and dot with butter.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
