Company Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    4 medium potatoes, sliced
    4 carrots, sliced
    1 medium onion, sliced
    Velveeta cheese, sliced (enough to cover chops)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Place pork chops in pan and season with salt and pepper. Cover with sliced carrots and potatoes.
    Season as desired with salt and pepper.
    Cover with sliced onion and add a layer of cheese.
    Pour soup over cheese layer.
    Cover pan and bake in a 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until done.
