Golden Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Pkg. (10 oz) Saffron Yellow Rice Mix
    2 sticks margarine
    2 cans (8 oz. each) Mexican corn, drained
    2 cans (10 3/4 oz. each) cream of celery soup
    2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Prepare rice according to pkg. directions.
    Add margarine, stir until melted.
    Add corn and soup. Put in greased 4- qt. casserole dish.
    Top with cheddar cheese. Bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Serves 6.
