Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9-inch) unbaked pie crust, pricked with fork
    2 c. half and half
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/3 c. Swiss cheese
    4 eggs
    1 c. ham chunks
Preparation
    Bake pie crust for 8 minutes at 400\u00b0.
    Mix other ingredients except ham.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Put ham in.
    Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0 (until knife cut comes out clean; may take longer than an hour).
