Baked Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (15 oz.) cans Hormel chili (no beans)
    1 (15 oz.) can light kidney beans, drained and mashed
    2 to 4 bunches green onion whites, chopped (reserve green part for garnish)
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies, chopped
    2 lb. loaf Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Before serving, spread 24 ounces of sour cream on top.
    Garnish with chopped green onion tops and chopped tomato.
    Serve with Tostitos.
