Coconut Cream Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

60 Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened
1 1/4 c. milk
2 pkg. coconut cream instant pudding
nondairy whipped topping
Preparation

Mix cracker crumbs and butter.
Reserve 1/2 cup crumbs for topping; press remaining crumbs into 13 x 9-inch pan.
Mix ice cream, milk and instant pudding.
Pour over crust.
Chill 3 hours (or overnight).
Cover with topping; sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs.
