Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1 (12 oz.) jar apricot preserves
    chicken pieces
    1 large can pineapple chunks/slices, drained
    1 green pepper, cut into strips
Preparation
    Place chicken in single layer in 9 x 12-inch baking dish.
    Mix the dressing, preserves and onion soup mix together.
    Spread evenly over chicken.
    Cover and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Remove cover during last 20 minutes of baking time.
    Add pineapple and green pepper at this time if you wish.
