Helen'S Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes
1 medium onion
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. mayo
3 Tbsp. milk
2 drops lemon juice
salt, pepper and Accent to taste
1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Cook potatoes just until soft (cook with skins on).
Let cool. Then grate potatoes and raw onion.
In separate bowl, mix sour cream, mayo, milk and lemon juice.
Mix potato and onion with sour cream mixture, adding seasonings to taste.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
