Salsa Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 lb.) broiler or fryer, cut up
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 (16 oz.) jar Ortega mild or medium garden-style salsa
Preparation
    In large skillet, brown chicken in oil; pour off fat.
    Add salsa and heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until done, turning chicken (six boneless chicken breasts may be substituted).
    Simmer for 15 minutes or until done.
    Makes 6 servings.
