Potato Skins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. red potatoes, sliced into 1/4 inch wedges or half
    crumbled bacon or bacon bits
    non fat cooking spray to lightly coat potatoes
    2 Tbsp. onion seasoning
    shredded cheese
    sour cream
Preparation
    Toss together ingredients in bowl with lid and shake. Spread on baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes. In the last 5 minutes add shredded cheese and crumbled bacon. Continue to heat until cheese is melted. Serve with sour cream.
