Peanut Butter Fudge(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Parkay
    15 oz. peanut butter
    2 lb. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Microwave Parkay and peanut butter for 3 minutes on High. Stir well. Add powdered sugar. Keep stirring well.
    Work onto a lightly greased cookie sheet.
    Let set up for 1 1/2 to 2 hours and cut.
