Beef And Bacon Shish Kabobs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup A1 steak sauce
    1/4 cup sherry cooking wine, or water
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 pound beef sirloin steak, cut into 1 inch cubes
    14 slices bacon, halved
    1 large onion, cut into wedges
    1 large green pepper, cut into squares
    12 small mushroom caps
Preparation
    In small bowl, blend steak sauce, sherry and honey. Place beef cubes into non-metal dish; coat with 1/4 cup steak mixture. Cover, chill 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
