Ma Jones' Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 pork chops
    1 small green pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    juice of 16 oz. can tomatoes (use the pulp for soup or stews)
Preparation
    Place the pork chops in a single layer in a baking dish.
    Salt and pepper.
    Chop onion and green pepper and put over chops.
    Pour juice over and cover.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until tender, approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours, depending on size of chops.
    Uncover the last half hour.
