Haussner'S Crab Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. crabmeat (lump or backfin)
    2 slices white bread, crusts removed
    2 eggs, beaten
    4 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. chopped parsley
    Cream Sauce
    paprika
Preparation
    Pick over crabmeat to remove any shells. Cut bread into cubes. Combine eggs, mayonnaise, mustard, salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Add bread and parsley. Fold in crabmeat carefully to prevent breaking.
    Spoon into individual baking dishes. Top with Cream Sauce. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
