Fresh Or Freezer Slaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large cabbage, shredded
    1 carrot, grated
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 c. white vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 tsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix the vegetables, add 1 tablespoon salt and let stand 1 hour.
    Boil
    sugar\tand
    vinegar
    with spices for 5 minutes. Pour over cabbage mixture.
    Let cool.
    Pack and freeze.
