Saucy Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. lean ground beef
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. seasoned dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. ketchup
1/2 c. water
few drops Kitchen Bouquet
2 Tbsp. olive oil
Preparation

Mix ground beef, crumbs, egg, milk and Parmesan cheese.
Shape into 20 balls and brown in olive oil.
Mix mushroom soup with 1/2 cup water, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and Kitchen Bouquet.
Pour soup mixture over meatballs and gently simmer for 1/2 hour.
More water may be added to have a thinner sauce.
