Cathy'S Broccoli - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 stick oleo or butter
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
    1/4 lb. (35 crackers) Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Cook broccoli 5 minutes.
    Drain.
    Add 1/2 stick butter or oleo and cubed cheese.
    Stir until cheese starts to melt.
    Mix crushed crackers with 1/2 stick oleo, which has been melted.
    Butter 1 1/2-quart casserole.
    Pour broccoli-cheese mixture into casserole dish.
    Top with buttered cracker mixture.
    Bake 20 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
