Edna Patton'S Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sweet potatoes (fresh or canned), mashed
    1 tsp. salt
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1 c. sugar (2/3 c. if using canned)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Sprinkle over potatoes and bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
    (May be frozen before baking, then bake longer.)
