Sausage And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. sausage, browned and drained
2 c. uncooked rice
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
2 pkg. Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
4 1/2 c. water
Preparation

Put ingredients in an 11 x 13-inch dish.
Pour water over and bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours, covered with aluminum foil.
You can prepare the day before, but don't add water until you are ready to bake.
