Sour Cream Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    1 c. margarine or butter
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/4 tsp. soda
    6 or 8 eggs (according to size)
    3 c. sifted flour (cake or plain)
    1 tsp. extract (any flavor)
Preparation
    Cream sugar and butter.
    Mix soda with sour cream and then add to creamed sugar and butter.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing after each.
    Finely add flour and flavoring and pour in tube pan.
    Bake for one hour or longer, until done.
    I bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes, then finish at 350\u00b0.
