Easy Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 large onion, cut up
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2 ribs celery, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1/4 c. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
    3 (16 oz.) cans mild chili beans
    1 (46 oz.) can tomato juice
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, onion and celery.
    Drain fat.
    Stir in garlic powder and chili powder.
    Stir in flour, salt and pepper. Add tomato juice.
    Bring mixture to a boil.
    Stir often.
    Add beans and heat through.
