Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese (room temperature)
1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
chopped pimento, salsa, chopped jalapeno peppers, finely chopped onion, drain all juice (total amount of these is about 1/2 c.)
4 (10-inch) flour tortillas
Preparation

Mix together first two ingredients.
Spread on tortillas. Sprinkle remaining ingredients on top.
Roll tortillas as tightly as possible without pushing out the ingredients.
Wrap in plastic wrap or waxed paper and refrigerate for a couple of hours or overnight.
Slice and secure with a party toothpick.
