Creamy Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 c. boiling water
    3 bouillon cubes
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli, slightly thawed
    2 c. carrots, finely sliced
    pepper
Preparation
    In a large saucepan, saute onion in butter until tender.
    With a whisk, stir in flour, salt and milk.
    Gradually add broth, stirring constantly.
    Bring to a boil.
    Add broccoli and carrots. Cook over low heat (do not boil), stirring occasionally about 25 minutes or until carrots are tender.
    Add pepper and salt to taste.
